Chocolate Truffles

Hii everyone

Today I'm bringing you a recipe for treat just in time to have sweet weekend, how about Chocolate Truffles?!





This was the first time I ever made chocolate truffles and to be completely honest I was blown away just how easy they were to make and the taste, oh it's just heaven. It's basically chocolate with chocolate, what more can you ask for?



Ingredients:

3oo Ml of double cream 
350 grams of dark chocolate
2 Tbsp of butter
2 Tbsp of liker of your choice
Crushed nuts 
Chocolate powder 


Method:

Step 1. Heat your cream, you want it hot not boiling, after first bubbles show move your pan for heat and add butter
Step. 2 Add your chocolate and let it melt with cream and add pinch of salt ( it will enrich chocolate flavor) and splash of liqueur of your choice I added cherry one.
Step. 3 Put your mixture in bowl and pop it in fridge for at least 2 hours
Step,4 Take you mix and let it in room temperature for at least 20 minutes before making little balls 
Step. 5 Roll your truffles in crushed nuts or chocolate powder
