Funfetti Cupcakes
Hii everyone
It's Christmas time and that means load of family time, love and yumie food. So today I'm sharing recipe for so called "funfetti cupcakes" there are easy to make and look very fun.
Let's get started
Ingredients
150 ml of hot water
3 Tea spoon of cacao powder
400 grams of flour
300 grams of sugar
225 grams of butter
1 Tbsp of baking soda
1 Tbsp of salt
baking powder
Method
Step 1. Mix cacao and hot water
Step 2. Mix all of dry ingredients in separate bowl
Step 3. Add one egg at time and mix between, once all eggs are mixed ad your cacao mix in
Step 4.Add melted butter and mix until tick
Step 5. Add your rainbow sprinkles and mix
Step.6 Put about 1 1/2 spoon of mixture in cupcakes cases
Bake for 20 minutes on 180C (365F)
