Triple Chocolate Cookies

Oh my chocolate 


Today I'm finally sharing my favorite go recipe for real American triple chocolate cookie. Yes, 3 types of chocolate stuffed in crispy edge and chewy middle goodness. It's easy, delicious and you don't need mixer but do need whole lot of patience.




Ingredients: 

200 grams of butter

200 grams of sugar

300 grams of flour 

2 eggs

1 tea spoon of baking powder

70 grams of dark chocolate

60 grams of white chocolate

60 grams of milk chocolate

pinch of salt

pinch of baking soda

splash of vanilla extract


 With this you'll get around 10-12 bigger cookies or 22 smaller ones

Method: 

Step 1. Brown butter over stove.

Be careful as it can burn easily, so stir constantly until it starts sizzling and small bubbles appear ( it takes few minutes). You will notice white filter like emulsion and that's ok, turn heat on lowest and stir until you see golden/brown color. Turn off and let it cool for few minutes.

Step 2.  Add granulate sugar

You can dived amount and add half white and half brown sugar 

Step 3. Add vanilla extract   

Step 4. Add eggs 

Add one egg at the time, mixing them in dough between 

Step 5. Add dry ingredients 

Sift flour and add baking powder, salt & baking soda mix with spoon and add gradually into wet ingredients 

Step 6. Add chocolate chunks

You can always cut or add more chocolate

Step 7. Mix in splash of milk


Portion out cookies in similar portions on to baking sheet and cover them with foil and put them in fridge overnight.

Once ready to bake move cookies to make space for them to spreed and put in preheat oven on  180C and bake for 12-14 minutes .


Let them cool and enjoy THE best chocolate chip cookies
