Spring Strawberry Roll

Hi everyone

Today I'm sharing my favorite spring dessert a strawberry roll.


This dessert is so simple and easy to make so if you have surprises guests you can just wipe it and it's gone quicker then made so without anymore rambling let's get to recipe.


INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
4 Tbsp of water
10 dag of sugar
2 vanilla sugars 
10 dag of flour
5 dag of cornstarch 
1 tsp of baking powder

FILLING

500 grams of strawberries (cut on small pieces) 
2 dL of whipping cream
2 Tbsp of strawberry liqueur

METHODE

Step 1. Mix in eggs, water, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy

Step 2. Add sited flour, cornstarch, baking powder and gentle fold mixture 
so it's all combine ( this needs to be done with hand!)

Step 3. Pour mixture on baking trade lined with baking paper bake on 200°C for 10 minutes until gold yellow and not sticky

Step 4. Take baking paper off and roll baked dough with wet towel
( it needs to be soaking wet but not dripping!)
Cut strawberries, add tsp of sugar, mix whipping cream until done 

Step 5. Unwrap cold biscuit and spread whipping cream and sprinkle chopped strawberries equally thro roll.

Step 6. Roll your roll and sprinkle icing sugar and serve
