Danas dijelim jedan ekstra fini i jednostavni recept za kuglof. Potrebno vam je malo vremena, sastojci koje već imate u kuhinji i naravno kalup za kuglof

Today I'm sharing simple and easy recipe for cheesecake. I'm not really a cheesecake fan but my older sister is, and since it was her birthday I thought why not and try make it. 

Ingredients:

300 grams of digestive cookies

250 grams of butter

500 ml of whipping cream

500 grams of cream cheese

10 tbs of sugar

1 tea spoon of vanilla sugar

Gelatin 

400 grams of forest berries 

Method:

Step 1. Melt butter and pour over crushed digestive cookies.

Step 2. Mix cookies and butter until dough is formed and place it in cake pan and let it chill in fridge

Step 3. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and slowly add whipped cream. Mix on slow until combined.

Step 4. Pour cheese mixture evenly on cookie dough and let it chill for another hour

Step 5. Put berries on stove and pour with few spoons of water and add gelatin. Mix until sizzling and mixture gets thicker.

Leave mixture to cool

Step 6. Pour warm barries on top of cake nad and let it chill for at least 4 hours or preferably over night.

Today I'm finally sharing my favorite go recipe for real American triple chocolate cookie. Yes, 3 types of chocolate stuffed in crispy edge and chewy middle goodness. It's easy, delicious and you don't need mixer but do need whole lot of patience.

 Well, it's finally here,  as you are reading this I've graduated from university.

Iskreno imam tremu pišući ovaj post s obzirom da nisam na Hrvatskom pisala posljednjih 10 godina ali mi je jako jako drago da sam prekinula taj kontinuitet upravo za ovaj post.

So we are still in quarantine! Yep 8 months in and still doesn't feel real at least to me. If somebody told me on New Year's eve that I will be finishing my college experience online and won't have a chance to say goodbye to my friends that I spent last 3 years of my life,  I would laugh and shake my head but here we are.
