Pink Power Smoothies

Hii everyone

Today I'll be sharing recipes for 2 spring delicious power smoothies.





They are not only easy and delicious but they will fill you up with vitamins, minerals and help you keep your immune system, skin, eyes and heart healthy and help you detox.

So let's see what you'll need:

1. Vitamin Power Bombe

1/4 of melone 
1 cup of forest fruits 
1 kiwie 
1 cup of strawberries 
1/2 of apple
1 of greek yogurt
ice

Step 1 Clean your fruits and chopped it
Step 2. Blend until smooth

This smoothie is rich with vitamins and minerals,berries are good for vision, heart, cholesterol, and some of them with preventing cancer and you'll sleep better. If you are on weight lose mission they will help you with that too.

2. Picky Eater Smoothe 

1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of forest fruits 
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
ice
splash of milk 

Step 1. Chopp strawberries and wash fruits 
Step 2. 2 cubes of ice and splash of milk blend with fruits until smooth  

Did you know ice cream gives you energy, helps with creativity and releases hormones of happiness with all others benefits earlier mentioned like detox, heart and vision health.





So here you have them, two smoothies that will kick viruses and bacterias butt, and with all of them they are pink and totally pinterest/instagram looking ;)

P.S. We also had big bowl of fruit salad for extra health. LOL
